R&S Group (Intour / Caspian Breeze, Azerbaijan) who are organizers of annual luxury travel exhibitions in Azerbaijan —

Format: B2B workshop with pre-scheduled individual appointments with buyers.

Two working sessions: morning and evening. Appointments are set in advance in the online system and last 15 min each one.

Buyers are the best travel companies from Istanbul (Turkey) and invited VIP Hosted Buyers from Ankara and Izmir, who work with VIP clients, book 5* & exclusive properties, specialized in FIT, MICE or Business Travel.

After working sessions evening cocktail and entertainment program are waiting for all participants of the event. This is another opportunity to continue communication in informal atmosphere for Exhibitors and Buyers.

Each appointment is 15 min. long

pre-scheduled appointments;

Participation Fee

€ 2 300

It includes:

working space in the venue for one representative (participation of 2nd person is additional 200 €);

1 full page in Exhibitors’ catalogue which is given to each visitor;

inclusion of the advertising materials in the presentation video;

an access to online system that gives a possibility to set appointments with buyers in advance;

 

database of direct contacts of all buyers;

lunch for the representative;

invitation for evening cocktail for the representative.
